Oenologist, Winemaker, Francois started to work in California in 1991. Specialist of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, after few weeks in Chile for wines, he moved to Japan, opening Le Cordon Bleu and starting wine festivals in different countries. Back to France, he worked at the government for the promotion of food and wine, the SME`s, for Japanese companies including Sake.
For this last effort he received the first title of Best Sake Ambassador of the world in 2015 for three years, including Gerard Basset in the jury, President of the Master Sommeliers, Best Sommelier of the World and Master of Wine.
Francois started to make champagnes in 2009 selecting new terroirs, and new wine growers, to succeed with a first Cuvee Brut NV rated 16/20 by Jancis Robinson (more than Moet or Veuve), and a Champagne Rosé, judged as stunning by Steven Spurrier, Decanter. You can find now these champagnes in UK. But Francois wants to expand with bigger and best partners.
