Odema Ltd receive prestigious award from McDonalds Restaurants
Odema Ltd has been awarded the highest possible accolade by its biggest customer McDonalds Ltd – IT supplier of the year 2017. The prize was awarded to the CEO Nigel Davis at the recent McDonalds AGM in Villamoura Portugal, and embodies Odema’s philosophy of outstanding service.
Vice President of IT Services, Henry Trickey described Nigel as a “person who embodies the collaborative partner approach that McDonalds value so much…we know that we can phone him with a challenging project and we will always get a result to standards and excellency he has built within the company”
Odema has been preferred installation company status for MCDonalds since 2006. Since that time Odema have refurbished over 1000 restaurants and a particular highlight was the installation of the four main restaurants in the Olympic village for the games in 2007 for which they were first awarded Supplier of the Year .
Over the past ten years the team have not only performed restaurant upgrades but the 30 nationwide (including Northern & Southern Ireland) engineers attend maintenance calls and server rebuilds. All equipment is built and tested in house in the purpose designed configuration lab to ensure seamless installation and minimizes restaurant downtime.
