Leon is Set to Open Outlets in the US After Securing a New £25m Investment
The healthy fast food chain Leon, which currently operates 45 outlets in the UK and two in the Netherlands, is looking to start opening outlets in America, having gained investment from Spice, a Swiss private equity firm.
As a result of their investment, Spice has acquired a significant stake in the company, alongside Co - Founder and Chief Executive John Vincent and long-term investor Active.
Leon’s Chief Executive John Vincent has spoken highly of their new investor, stating that the decision to team up with Spice was down to his great respect for the GP investments, which manages Spice.
Vincent also paid credit to Active, Leon’s existing investor, for helping to facilitate the company’s growth and for lending their support to the recent fundraising.
